Under the headline 'Eurotunnel — A Timely Reminder', there is a picture of the M20 clogged with slow moving traffic. What doesn't appear in the advert is the message that all hauliers using the Channel Tunnel will have to use that same M20 to get to the Tunnel entrance after clearing Customs at Ashford.
To further alienate hauliers the advert carries the words 'Put freight and people to Europe on the rails'.
