DETAILS of the Road Haulage Association's tipper market re search survey will, as expected, be revealed at the Tipping Convention at Harrogate later this month.
The survey, conducted by Richard Booth and Tony Wilding of CV Marketing Support Ltd, will be discussed at the convention on May 29-31 in a special session chaired by former RHA national chairman Jack Male.
The survey (CM November 8, 1980) was commissioned in res ponse to operators concern that the large manufacturers were determining the type of vehicles which were built, rather than the operators who have experience of daily operation.
Acording to the RHA, over 111 vehicles supplied by 48 companies will be exhibited at Tip con, along with accessory manufacturers and associated organisations.
