Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I gather that the FTA's search for new and more economical premises has recently been focused on Tunbridge Wells. I am reliably informed by a (living and breathing) agency that a disused circular church, formerly occupied by Christian Scientists, is in the running. The FTA intends this time to buy its premises; escalating rents have dictated the move from Croydon.

If a former church does provide the future hq of the FTA, waggish comments are inevitable. There will also be an expectation of even greater foresight in predicting legislation and trends (with extraterrestrial help) and perhaps indications of the successful election of a new president would be indicated by smoke signals through the roof?
