Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Winterbottom Products have improved and extended their Topspan range of PVC-coated nylon sheeting materials with the introduction of Topspan TIR and Topspan Two.

Improved production methods are claimed to give Topspan TIR exceptional toughness; it has a high-quality finish for prestige appearance, is light in weight and completely weatherproof, flame resistant and has superior low-temperature flexibility. Suitable for TIR trailer covers, freight container cartons. etc.. it is available in 100/120yd rolls in five shades in patent and PY grains 48in and 60in wide, and in three shades in cape grain 60in wide.

Topspan Two, lighter and cheaper, is equally tough and weatherproof, and therefore is an economical all-purpose protective sheeting for hatch, lorry and wagon covers. It comes in five shades in PY and patent grains, in 100/120yd rolls 60 in. wide.

Both qualities remain light in bad weather as their component materials repel water. Good -handling" makes them easy to weld or sew.
