A comprehensive range of British-made single-acting hydraulic extension jacks, with a maximum working pressure of 3.000Ib per sq. in. and a normal working pressure of 1,500lb per sq. in. has been introduced by Mobax (Hydraulics), Ltd.

Bearings are machined from phosphor bronze, while the chevron glands are of the most modern type and design. A full range of spare and replacement parts is available.

These are the Type 12, with a capacity of 11tons (1,270kg), the 1-1-ton (1,780kg), Type 17, and the 2-ton 8cwt (2,440kg) Type 24. The jacks within each type-range have strokes of 1-18m., 1930in. and 31-48in., respectively, In addition to the standard range, other sizes can be produced to meet customers' requirements or specifications.
