Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AThe position respecting rearward pro. jecting loads is as follows:—

Projection exceeding 10ft: Police to be in formed, an attendant to be carried and marker boards exhibited.

Projection exceeding 61t but not 10ft: Projection exceeding 3ft Gin but not Gft: Rear marker board only to be exhibited. Projection to be made easily distinguishable.

Police to be notified and the other provisions outlined above complied with depending on the length of the projection. Articulated vehicle not exceeding 15 metres where total length of load and vehicle exceeds 55 ft.'

The above provisions were outlined in Commercial Motor in the Know the Law series on August 16 and 23 1968.
