• Portsmouth-based bodybuilder J McKinney and Son is moving into the production of box vans for the removals and furniture trade.
The 0-million-turnover company, best known for its tipping, flatbed and dropside bodies, has expanded its, production space to 3,250m2.
Deputy managing director Terry Vincent says the company plans to build some 10 to 15 box vans this year: full production will rise to 200 bodies.
