LEYLAND Vehicles' former managing director Ron Hancock, summonsed on a charge of illegal insider share dealing, has been put on unconditional bail until his appearance at Guildhall Magistrates next month.
Mr Hancock's commital hearing last week was adjourned until March 6, Former BL executive David Brooks, who faces seven summonses of insider dealing, was committed for trial at the Old Bailey last November.
RENAULT Truck Industries has established a new whollyowned main dealer for SouthWest Scotland. It is on the Hillington Industrial Estate, just off the M8 and is named Glasgow Trucks. Its general manager is Jack Fisher.
