THE SCAPA Hy-Flo range of tipping gears has been extended to include tipping frames.
To aid bodybuilding and speed up installation, crossbearers can be either outrigged or overlaid according to preference. With this time and cost saving system, the weight of the hydraulics is reduced.
A typical 3.5 tonnes gvw unit weighs 147kg (2.9cwt).
All chassis up to and including 7.5 tonnes gvw can be accommodated with either frontend or underbody style tipping gear.
Scapa Engineering of Blackburn makes a range of gears with capacities up to 50 tonnes.
