Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST eight-wheel Bedford TM chassis (a Primrose conversion featured in CM on January 5) has been bodied with the first Ultralight high-sided steel tipper design from Neville Charrold.

A capacity of 22cum (29cuyd) allows for an all-up weight of 30 tonnes and a payload of 19.5 tonnes.

The Ultralight's original conception was for the container to have smooth sides and rounded corners, for clean discharge, supported by simple but strong side frames and a full-length V-form backbone of all-aluminium construction. This new model, to be used on coal haulage by Erewash Garage, largely consists of 3mm (0.12in) high tensile steel with top side sections taking the form of pressed steel extensions. To prevent water leakage when carrying slurry, the hinged tailboard is fitted with a rubber seal.
