Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A major revamp of the liveries used by London Transport on its bus fleet and underground rolling stock is announced this week. Main emphasis will be on making entrances more noticeable. On buses built since 1966, front entrance doors will be painted yellow.

The other major change to bus liveries is the use of white instead of grey for waistbands and cantrails. The changes will be introduced gradually during normal repainting. At the same time a larger but simplified roundel will be applied. The first buses in the new livery are expected to go into service within two months.

Routemasters are being given the new livery when next repainted. The only buses not included in the scheme are Red Arrows which are being considered separately. One MB vehicle, which was pictured exclusively in CM, is running with an experimental livery which includes a white panel around the windows.
