Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• As promised at its launch last October, the MAN L2000 is now available with a charge-cooled six-cylinder engine. The £2,750 6.87.1itre engine option produces 217hp (162kW) at 2,400rpm and 6051bft (820Nm) of torque at 1.600rpm and conforms to the proposed,1996 Euro-2 emissions limits. Models will be badged 8.223 for 7.5tonne GVW models and 10.223 for 10-tonne GVW models.

The models are aimed at drawbar operations up to 24 tonnes GTW. Steel or air drive axle suspension is offered for the drive axle.

Standard equipment includes Eaton 4106 six-speed synchromesh gearbox and MAN BY0855 single reduction drive axle. 7.5-tonne models will get the MAN V9-4L 3.4 tonne front axle and 225/75 17.5 tyres as standard.The company claims that the changes will add up to 200kg to the weight of the fourcylinder L2000.

At the same time, MAN has launched a Euro-2 version of the L2000 four-cylinder "Super 4" engine.
