Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MERCEDES-BENZ's transport consultancy service has been extended to include computerised traffic simulation based on a test run on a variety of Scottish and English roads.

It has compiled Trasco, a computer program based on extensive performance and economy analysis undertaken over the past six months, and measured the performance of a laden 38tonne Mercedes 16335 articulated vehicle on 45 sections of road in urban and rural areas.

The test route began and ended at Dover and went as far north as Glasgow, taking in motorways, dual and single-carriageway A-roads, inter-urban roads and congested city streets, and the vehicle was fully instrumented to give a constant picture of the lorry's performance.

Details have been extrapolated for all 38 models in Mercedes' British range.
