Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS PART of a plan to strengthen its commercial vehicle recovery operation, National Breakdown Recovery Club has appointed four new directors to the board df its National Breakdown Commercial Recovery wing.

Yuseph Hedar, Graham Moore and Mike Stevenson are promoted respectively to marketing, operations and administration director. They are joined by Keith Wilkinson, a shareholder in the company, who as a director now becomes involved in the day-to-day operation of the division.

Mr Hedar joined the Bradford company three years ago as head of the sales force and has been marketing manager on the commercial side since 1982.

New operations director Graham Moore formerly managed commercial vehicle recovery operations and is secretary of the North-East branch of the Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators. He joined the company eight years ago having previously owned a garage.

Mr Stevenson, a former Royal Air Force statistician, entered National Breakdown 18 months ago from the Provident financial group, where he had been in administration for seven years. Bradford estate agent Keith Wilkinson has been a shareholder in the company for the past 13 years.

The four new appointments increase National Breakdown Commercial Recovery's board to nine.
