OWNER drivers' representatives are to meet members of the Foster Committee on Operators' Licensing.

Three representatives, George Kelly, chairman of the newly formed British Association of Owner Drivers, and chairman of North Humberside Owner Drivers Association, Harry Boland of NHODA and Mike Wells of Thames Val ley ODA will be at the meeting.

More new Owner-drivers organisations have been formed in the last week, with another one due to meet for the first time next week.

Drivers in the Lincolnshire area are expecting to form the South Humberside ODA next Sunday when they meet at the Monck's Arms, Caenby Corner on the A15 at Scamptori, Liftc8.
