OWNER drivers' representatives are to meet members of the Foster Committee on Operators' Licensing.
Three representatives, George Kelly, chairman of the newly formed British Association of Owner Drivers, and chairman of North Humberside Owner Drivers Association, Harry Boland of NHODA and Mike Wells of Thames Val ley ODA will be at the meeting.
More new Owner-drivers organisations have been formed in the last week, with another one due to meet for the first time next week.
Following the establishment of the British Association of Owner Drivers last week, the Southern Counties Owner Drivers Association has been formed.
