Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DETAINING 10W/30 grade and replacing 10W/40 with Havoline 10W/50 oil, Regent Oil claims to have a full range of multigrade oils to suit all lubricating needs. Both multigrade oils are marketed in strip-sealed cans and should be used according to manufacturers' specifications. Regent recommends 10W/30 if a lot of town driving is involved, and 10W/50 for highspeed driving or for engines having a high oil consumption.

Made by Regent Oil Co. Ltd., 117 Park Street, London, WI.
