Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO new types of electrode holder, designed to permit easy and neat manipulation of the light-gauge electrodes as used in sheet-metal welding, have been introduced by the Quasi-Arc Co., Ltd., Bilston, Staffs.

These holders embody a spring-. loaded plunger which' wedges the electrode in the brass barrel of the holder. A trigger which slides in the handle is pulled to release the plunger. Electrodes can be gripped in either of two positions, according to whether positional or downhand welding is ' being executed. The smaller-type holder, EH.50, w'eighs 5+ oz., and is designed for welding with 16 or 14 s.w.g. electrodes at current valves up to 50 amps. The • larger type, EH.150, weighs 12+ oz., and is intended for use with 16 to 10 s.w.g. electrodes at welding currents up to 150 amps.
