Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TaxiVan.net was set up two years ago by Nikki Campbell and specialises in 'residential' jobs in London and the South-East. With a fleet of five vans backed by a similar number of subcontractors, its an internet-based enterprise, 'Bread and butter' work is typically store and eBay deliveries and light removals for private customers.

On longer runs, Taxi Van uses internet-based return load sites, such as Freight-X.net. Since much of its work is with the general public, it places emphasis on uniformed staff and high service levels all vans are GPS tracked.

Marketing director Steve Campbell is frank about the initial desire to set up a family firm with a low entry threshold and "no massive outlay". He says Taxi Van is aiming at "gradual organic growth and building a strong brand identity" and is looking at "expensive" routeing software to improve efficiency.
