The new company, managed by Mike Mudie and Richard Bond, has bought the franchise from Oldacre Services.
Mudie and Bond are former Oldacre employees and Will operate from Oldacre's former sites in Tewkesbury.
The new dealership expects to sell around 150 Mercedes trucks and vans during its first year of operation, and has already received an order for 16 chassis from BRS Western, including 13 Mercedes 1625 tractive units.
Mudie-Bond will also offer servicing from a 650m2 workshop, and has a 2250,000 parts store. It can be reached on (0684) 297642.
