THE HESTAIR GROUP wa charge at Duple Internati this week, having gained a per cent share of coachbuilding group and ov control.
"It is all over. We are owners of Duple," Hes chairman David Hargreaves CM on Tuesday.
No changes in Dup executive management planned, according to Hargreaves, but there wit changes in the non-exec' element on Duple Internatio board.
He added: "We are impre with the product developr work that Duple has been d over the last two years, believe the products are suitable for the market. believe the worst is ovel Duple." Hestair plan strengthen Duple's markt activities.
