Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WELFORD TRUCK BODIES has supplied the bodywork and special equipment on the first of seven Dodge Commando 2 RG.08 chassis for Hampshire County Council.

A full-width two-compartment steel-tool locker with alloy roller shutters on each side is fitted behind the cab. The nearside, and deeper, compartment is designed to accommodate a BS6 0 Y Wacker vibrating hammer.

Its pressed-steel doubledropside 3cum (3.9cuyd) tipping body, which uses an Edbro 1LN single-ram, has removable dividers giving four compartments to prevent mixing of different materials being carried.

The body side fasteners are flush fitting, and detachable intermediate pillars are used. The top hinged tailboard has corner posts which extend above the sides to improve the rear aperture height when tipping.

A full-length reinforcing chan nel subframe is attached to the chassis and to compensate, the body underframe is outrigged by welding the tapered steel channel cross-bearers to the outer web of the main body longitudinal. This arrangement achieves a floor height reduction of 102mm (4in).

Below the body, there is a locker to accommodate a hydraulic breaker tool and on the nearside a metal-framed mesh panelled locker holds a Stanley SP100 hydraulic tool power unit complete with petrol engine. The installation can be operated inside the locker, or if necessary the cage can swing out to 90 degrees from the body side and a ramp lowered for removal.
