Mr. Noel C. Crighton has joined the board of Reliant Motor Co. Ltd. Mr. Crichton is managing director of Hodgkinson Bennis, which merged with Reliant earlier this year. Mr. F. R. Parkin, manager of N. Francis and Co. Ltd., has been appointed to the Francis hoard.

Mr. A. J. Worster, who retired as director of production of The Rover Co. Ltd. earlier this year, has resigned as a director of the company, Mr. Worster has been with Rover for 34 years.

Mr. James C. Knight, traffic manager of Liverpool Cooperative Society, has. retired after more than 47 years' Service at. Liverpool. He is a former •president of the National Co-operative Traffic Managers Association.
