Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ever again! Never again! How many of us begin the New Year having triumphed over the mother of all hangovers? And how many of us have promised to learn from our mistakes? And do we? Christmas is like the Government: we get what we deserve, 'yet we seldom seem to want to change things. That's certainly the message from Commercial Motor's survey of hauliers' voting intentions. Less than 20% of operators think road transport has fared well under the Tories, so hauliers are going to change things by all voting Labour, right? Er.. .no—most say they'll be staying with the devil they know. Before true-blue Tories get a coronary under the impression that this is a party 'political broadcast on behalf of Labour (or the Lib Dems or anyone else) it isn't. Unlike the national press CM wouldn't presume to tell anyone who to vote for.
