III Ayrshire haulier Alexander Anderson is appealing against the decision of Scottish TC Michael Betts to impose a three-week suspension on his licence for 16 vehicles and 18 trailers. Betts suspended the licence after wires earthing out tachographs were found in four of his vehicles over a period of 10 months.
