Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE WOOD INQUIRY into the possibility of large-scale lorry bans in Greater London will start to take oral evidence on Tuesday, January 12.

As we closed for press before Christmas, there were no details available of who would give evidence then, but an inquiry spokesman told CM that it was hoped to hold hearings on Tuesdays to Fridays inclusive for around eight weeks.

The inquiry is expected to report back to the Greater London Council by Easter.
