Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AWHEELED angledozer, based on the Fordson Power Major with four-wheel drive, has been produced by Roadless Traction, Ltd., Hounslow, Middx. The company say that whereas the machine cannot give the same performance as a track-layer, its advantages lie in freedom from track-maintenance costs, greater speed and higher mobility.

The blade measures 7 ft. 6 in. wide by 2 ft. 4 in. deep and may be raised 2 ft. above ground level or dug 6 in. deep. It can be angled 250 to each side. A version of the machine with an extra 10 in. of blade outreach is made for use on refuse tips where material has to be pushed over steep slopes.

The hydraulic rams are double-acting, and the pump has a capacity of 17 g.p.m. at 1,800 r.p.m. Optional features include power-assisted steering. Price of the basic model is £1,737.
