AWAGE increase of 7s. 6d. a week, dating from October 6, has been granted to transport workers ,M the corn trade, the Transport and General Workers' Union announce. Subsistence allowances have been increased by Is to I6s. a week.
Boroughbridge, Great Yarmouth. Lowestoft, Melksham, Paignion, Ripon, Stratford upon Avon, Torquay, Totton. Whitby and Winchester have been raised from grade 2 to grade I.
