IN the New Year's Honours, published I yesterday, Sir William Rootes, head of the Rootes Group and chairman of the Dollar Exports Council, is created a baron, and Mr. Hubert Hull, president of the Transport Tribunal, becomes a knight. Col. Sir Godfrey Llewellyn, managing director of Neath and Cardiff Luxury Coaches, Ltd., a B.E.T. company, has been made a baronet.
