SEGGAR/MORRISON/ TRAF FORD BRS has made the following appointments: Gordon Seggar, formerly area director south, becomes area director, London, responsible for M25 operations. Euan Morrison moves from area general secretary manager, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire, to area general manager south.
New head of finance is John Trafford, who moved from NEC at Bedford, where he was finance officer.
