Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DESPITE strong competition from production line models, Great Western Motors of Reading has won an £89,000 order to supply 23 of its dealer-converted Vauxhall Nova vans to the Forestry Commission.

The order for the one-litre petrol-engined vans follows a short-term evaluation programme carried out by the Forestry Commission, which chose it in preference to existing factory-built models such as the Austin Metro 310 van.

This latest order brings the number of GWM Nova vans sold to more than 60.

GWM claims its Nova van is the only conversion based on the Nova hatchback to have full UK type approval. The 1.2tonne -gvw van has a payload of 405kg 17.9cwtl and a load volume of around 1.3cum (46cuft).
