Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ATLAS EXPRESS has devised a special livery for the vehicles used on final delivery to Asda Superstores' 72 stores throughout the country.

Atlas collects Asda goods from suppliers' premises and processes them through its delivery network before sending them on to delivery vehciles carrying prominent advertising slogans for Asda.

Stan Markwell, Atlas Express's sales and marketing director, told CM that the special livery gives the vehicles preferential treat ment on Asda premises. "We • can go straight in and drive up to an unloading spot. Otherwise, a vehicle can wait for up to half a day."

He added that the companies have been working on the scheme for over four years, and said that the new livery began to be applied last November. Eventually, 24 trailers will be operated.
