• Bullens Group, the Giltspur Investments subsidiary, has acquired American Overseas Shipping, a company which specializes in the packing and transporting of household possessions, etc, to the United States, the Middle East and the European continent. It works mainly for the personnel of American companies. Bullens is to merge its earlier activities in this field in the same branches with AOS and the new company will establish branches and warehouses in Brussels, Geneva and Frankfurt.
