Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A RESIDENTIAL lecture course on "Developments in containers and container handling" has been arranged by the Institute of Materials Handling at the Orwell Hotel, Felixstowe, on February 19/20 1968. This is a repeat of the successful course held at Kenilworth in October.

The lecture course will be opened by Mr. I. C. Trelawny, general manager and director of Felixstowe Dock and Railway Co. Papers will be presented by Mr. G. Downie, managing director, European Cargo Handling Operations Ltd. and Mr. C. C. Durrant, assistant marketing officer, (Freightliners) British Railways Board.

Delegates will visit the container and ferry terminals at Felixstowe. A panel of equipment manufacturers will discuss container handling developments on the second day and there will be opportunities for general discussion.

Details of the course (which costs £25 a delegate inclusive of meals and overnight accommodation for the night of February 19) are available from: Institute of Materials Handling, St. Ives House, St. Ives Road, Maidenhead, Berks.
