Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A war of words is being fought between the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and backers of a newly launched website www. britishtruckers.com, which went live last week.

The latter is the brainchild of Peter Carroll the former director of Maidstone, Kentbased Seymour Transport (which was sold to Devon's Evans Transport in January) and also a prominent voice in TransAction, particularly during the fuel protests of 2008 the website is campaigning for a fair deal for British hauliers.

Also backing the campaign is Mike Presneill, MD of Presneill Tipper Contractors in Sheerness, Kent. In a scathing letter to RHA chief executive Geoff Dunning, Presneill said: Its a shame when operators have to do the job themselves, especially when we have a body that is supposed to represent its membership and should be undertaking the job on their behalf."

Dunning has taken great exception to Presneill's statements, which were also sent to several senior members of the RHA.
