Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

What shouldi say torn drivers about smoking in the Audis?

In a word, don't. UK law, including Scotland, regards truck cabs as business premises and there fore smoking is banned. In England. Wales and Northern Ireland, the law includes all vehicles used by more than one employee, even if only occasionally. The rule of thumb is: if the vehicle is used for business purposes, then it must be a smoke-free zone.

If it is used for private purposes only, you are free to light up.
