• Wakefield-based Cresta Freight services will go into creditors' voluntary liquidation next month. The company which runs 12 vehicles, has asked creditors to forward their claims by 6 December—the day before a creditors' meeting in Newcastleunder-Lyme, Staffs.
As CM went to press there
were rumours that a German operator might be taking over part of the site as a UK operating centre for part of its 1,000vehicle fleet Creditors should send claims to: Robert Young, Poppleton & Appleby, Brampton House Mews, 10 Queen Street, Newcastleunder-Lyme, Staffs 515 ED.
