Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONCERN is being expressed by haulage contracdealing with foreign containers and trailers, the equipment is entering this country in a tors, that filthy state.

Their concern has been raised with the Road Traffic Council national committee by the East London Branch, and the RTC national secretary, Jack Ashwell, has informed the Health and Safety Commission.

He is asking for an investigation into the problem and consideration to be given, if necessary, to the formulating of regulations governing the standards of such equipment being used by international traffic.

It appears there has been a noticeable increase in workers suffering from bronchitis and other chest ailments, which is a direct result of working with these containers.

There is particular concern because it is not known whether the dust is germladen or the residue of blue asbestos.
