Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON Transport took delivery of the 5000th Leyland Natio-1 nal single deck bus to be produced by the purpose-built factory in Workington, Cumbria, on Tuesday.

According to the manufacturers, this bus is acknowledged to be one of the most advanced designs currently available, and has won a number of international safety awards.

This order, worth between million will bring the Leyland National fleet to more than 260. The first buses have been on the road for almost five years, with a further 101 being delivered in late 1976 and early 1977.

These buses will eventually form the bulk of LT's single deck bus fleet.
