RFUTISH Road Federation chairman Lord " Chesham has asked the Prime Minister to set up a high-level committee to review road finance and administration. "The whole system of road administration is hopelessly outdated and road finance is totally unrelated to the requirements road user taxation shows to exist," said Lord Chesham.
