STEPHEN BARRY Jones, trading as Pegasus Removals, has been granted authorisation to remove its base at White and Co, on the Invincible Road Industrial Estate in Farnborough, from its O-licence.

The irm has been given the go-ahead to base two vehicles at the Bentalls site in Hawley Lane, Farnborough, subject to conditions and undertakings: • authorised vehicles shall leave the operating centre by turning left, and enter the operating centre by turning right (ie to and from the A325); • daily walk-around checks and minor maintenance only to be carried out at the operating centre; • the authorised vehicles shall enter and leave the operating centre in a forward gear only; • authorised vehicles shall not use Chapel Lane when entering or leaving the operating centre.

EXPECT DISTRIBUTION wants to base two vehicles at the Interoute Transport Services facility in Rycote Lane, Thame.

Shire Freight

SHIRE FREIGHT has been given permission to base three vehicles and three trailers at the Wincanton Truck Centre on the Gibbs Marsh Trading Estate in Stalbridge, Sturminster Newton, subject to conditions: • all speciied vehicles shall be kept within the conines of the operating centre when not in use; • all speciied vehicles shall enter and exit the operating centre in a forward gear; • no loading and unloading of speciied vehicles shall take place on the adjacent highway.

RAYMOND BROWN Minerals and Recycling, based in Ringwood, wants to base 18 vehicles and four trailers at a new operating centre at Prospect Farm, Chilton, Didcot.

AIRFREIGHT SPECIALIST Roy Bowles Transport wants to operate 10 vehicles and the same number of trailers at Speedway Farm on the Colnbrook By Pass in Slough.

SJ Bargh

SJ BARGH hopes to get authority for 10 vehicles and 14 trailers at the Hall End Business Park in Watling Street, Tamworth.

• A PI on 10 August will look at disciplinary action against Oldbury Skip Hire.

• On 13 August a PI will consider a new application from RW Services Plant Hire based in Sutton Coldfield.

• Disciplinary action against Bilston-based Trevor Graham Jones, trading as Quick Skips, will be considered at a PI on 14 August.

Bristol

• A PI on 7 August will look at disciplinary action against Mark Edward Mogridge, based in Blandford Forum.

• Keith Joyce, trading as Direct Mini Mix, will attend a PI on 9 August. The TC will consider a new application from the Poole-based business.

• Weymouth-based Carl Bowring trading as CB Scaffolding, will make a new application at a PI on 10 August.

• At a hearing on 14 August, a new application from Crossways Transport (International), based in Hook, will be looked at by the TC.
