Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a big traffic-congested city? If you have, then maybe you'll be interested in a product described in some promotional material received by CM recently from P&G Enterprises — the "car loo pee bag" people (their words), of New Malden, Surrey.

They tell us that Australia, Japan, Sweden, Hong Kong, USA, France, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Singapore are among the territories that are "responding to the need and practicability of the car loo"!

The brochure suggests that there isn't a driver or passenger, male or female, who has not at some time or another suffered the discomfort of "Nowhere to go!", and lists people who are particularly vulnerable, including security van drivers, HGV drivers, police car crews, taxi cab drivers and 'mild incontinents'.

The leaflet shows that it's not a potty, but a disposable plastic bag which . . . (further details are censored) and costs 2.25. What fun a motorway litterbug will have disposing of it — through the car/cab window. The mind boggles!
