the 145 Team, who sponsored a cricket match recently between a starstudded Lord's Taverners team and the Mayor of Gravesharn's XI raising over £4,000.
This will he devoted to Lord's Taverners nominated charities of Youth Cricket and the Kent Association for the Blind.
Thameside's donation was a generous i!:3,000, which covered all the costs of staging the event which attracted participation by David Frost, John Conteh, Barry Norman and Mike Denness.
T45's Tracey (we don't know her surname or her phone number) was on hand to promote the chili, and administer beverages and cheer everyone up — as evidenced by our picture — while they parted with their cash.
