• Horley Services Group chairman Victor Mays has been elected chairman, for the current year, of the Transport Association, whose members work together to, among other things, pass on to each other information concerning return loads, etc.
Victor Mays started Honey company Services in 1958 in Honey. His company has developed into a group specialising in road haulage and crane hire, with a fleet of 75 vehicles and a large depot now at Salfords.
