Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Alder Valley North has launched its Careline service linking London's six major railway termini and Victoria coach station with Heathrow airport. Careline is a specialist service designed to cater for people with disabilities. It is operated by a fleet of Leyland National buses fitted with wheelchair lifts mounted in their front entrances and equipped to carry up to eight passengers in wheelchairs in addition to 21 on high-backed coach seats.

Nationals

The vehicles, which are the first Nationals to be fitted with front-entrance, stepped chair lifts were converted by AV Engineering of Aldershot which is the autonomous engineering company formed at the previous Alder Valley company's central works.

Careline was launched with the aid of funds provided by the National Bus Company. Its operation will be on a commercial basis, with vehicles running from the Alder Valley North garage at Maidenhead in Berkshire.
