Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

or-99, Eight new heavy-duty electric drills and hammer drills — the Super Star HM range — for industrial use have been marketed by Black and Decker.

A new keyless chuck on the six general-purpose drills in the range is machined to high enough tolerances to need no more than finger tightening. No chuck key is needed, or provided — a clockwise turn of the chuck using a knurled ring will tighten it sufficiently. The range includes two two-speed hammer drills, three two-speed drills, and three single-speed drills.

Made by: Black & Decker Industrial, Cannon Lane, Maidenhead, Berks.
