Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SUBSIDIARY of the Mitchell Cotts Group, the West Kent Cold Storage Co Ltd, has opened a new refrigerated block at its Dunton Green 'complex close to existing and projected motorways. The block has a refrigerated capacity of 49,000 cu m (1.75m cuft) with offices and ancillary areas adding a further 930 sqm (10,000sqft). The total cold store area is now 98,000cum (3.5m cuft).

Loading banks incorporating dock-levellers have been installed in the new block, and canopies afford protected loading facilities.

The block is built in two sections with a fire break between each and each section is sub-divided with two bays at the northern end and three bays at the southern end. With the exception of two smaller bays in the southern section, the floor to ceiling height is 9.1m (30ft). The insulation of walls and ceilings is provided by laminated polystyrene panels, and cork has been used for the floors. The builder, R. Durtnell and Sons Ltd, estimates the cost of the new 'H' block as being f 1.4m.

Two-thirds of the storage space at Dunton Green is let to tenants and the remainder operated as a public cold store for companies in the meat, poultry and frozen foods trades.
