The company, based in Earls Barton, was formed in 1992; its failure is being blamed on a combination of bad debts ahd unprofitable contracts.
It had recently taken on a number of contract drivers as full-time staff.
The joint liquidators—Neil Marshman of Pannell Kerr Forster and Robin Addy of Cork Gully—held a creditors' meeting on 10 March.
Marshman says: "Although creditors are owed a lot of money, I am confident that we should be able to pay a reasonable dividend to them in due course."
DMH had half-a-dozen vehicles on work for a number of customers, including Securicor.
