Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The tele cartoon programmes have taken over in Somerset. Haulage contractor Michael Fowler, of Cheddar, found difficulty in remembering the fleet numbers or registration nurnbers of his vehicles, but he can remember cartoon characters. So now the Fowler fleet carries the titles and drawings of "Pink Panther," " Mighty Mouse," "Road Runner " and the like. I can set trouble when he gets round to " Tom " and "Jerry "—his accident rate is bound to rise.

A new game has sprung to life for the kids of Cheddar— they play " Spot the Cartoon." But I still find it difficult to picture a 32-ton articulated bulk carrier bearing the title " Tweety Pie."
