• The first stage of the Stirling by-pass section of the Edinburgh-Stirling Motorway (M9) will open to traffic on Tuesday.
The new section stretches from an interchange near Craigforth with the Stirling-Callander trunk road (A84) to a roundabout on A9 trunk road near the northern' entrance to Keir House, a distance of 21 miles.
