AWARNING that a farmerapplicant should limit the work he
did with his C-licensed vehicle for other farmers to those within a radius of five miles was given by the Yorkshire Licensing Authority on Monday.
When Mr. R. Duck, Eskdaleside, Eglon Bridge, sought a renewal of his B licence, it was stated that he used a C-licensed vehicle for collecting cattle and agricultural produce for farmers 20 miles away. As well as being directed on the scope of his C licence, the applicant was warned that he should strictly adhere to the conditions of his B licence, otherwise he would be prosecuted.
